1. General Terms; By purchasing products from Ahura Furniture, you, the customer, agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions related to Final Sale transactions. These terms apply to all purchases.
    2. Final Sale; All sales are final. No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted for any products purchased under the “Final Sale” policy. Once the purchase is completed, the transaction cannot be amended, canceled, or refunded for any reason.
    3. Product Condition; It is your responsibility to inspect all items at the time of purchase and to ensure they meet your expectations. Any discrepancies with the product (including size, color, or condition) should be identified before completing your order.
    4. No Exchanges or Returns; No exchanges: Items purchased as part of a Final Sale are not eligible for exchange, regardless of reason.
      No refunds: Due to the Final Sale policy, no refunds will be issued, including for defective or damaged items, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If a product is damaged during shipping or delivery, the customer must notify Ahura Furniture immediately upon receipt, and we will investigate the situation as per our damaged goods policy.
      The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the purchase or use of any product under the Final Sale policy.
